Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee.
We are confident you will love your SUTIL product. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email us at inquiries@sutillube.com. We value your feedback and will do our best to work toward a fair solution.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can review the issue and make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email inquiries@sutillube.com with a detailed description of the issue and photos. We may also request proof of purchase to confirm the product was purchased directly from us or from an authorized reseller.
Please do not dispose of the product before contacting us, as our quality control team may request that it be returned for inspection.
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, if applicable, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
